The Maiskogel Ski Resort is only 200 metres away and has a cable car up to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. Maiskogel is suitable for families with children and advanced skiers.

There are 250 km of cross-country skiing trails in the area, one of which starts right in front of the hotel, next to an outdoor skating rink used mainly by children.

Hiking enthusiasts can roam countless well-marked trails of varying difficulty, while passionate cyclists have hundreds of trails that go from touring to the most demanding, including MTB trails. The trail to the neighbouring Zell am See via Bruck starts right in front of our hotel and is suitable for pedestrians, cyclists and in-line skaters. Nordic walking fans will also appreciate the variety of terrain.
The Zell am See lake, very near Kaprun, will delight water-sports enthusiasts and you can also enjoy a trip on a cruise ship.
